The training process
Training the users of an AV system is not a long or complex issue. Normally one hour or less is enough. We’ll go over basic system operations, using the control panel, hooking up a laptop, using sources such as a DVD player or document camera, finding help if a problem comes up. Though the process is straightforward, it’s very helpful to have someone with in-depth knowledge do the training–someone who is very familiar with your system and able to answer whatever questions may come up.
If you need to train one or more people who will provide audio visual system support, we will first need to ascertain their knowledge level, then design a program that will best meet their needs. Here our long experience in system support, maintenance and service department management will be to your advantage. We have trained dozens of technicians at basic and advanced levels over the years.
