We are often asked, “Why do I need a service contract? My LCD projector has a 2-year warranty.”

While this is true, manufacturers’ warranties require you to send the projector or component to them for repair. And often it’s not obvious which component is causing the problem. A service agreement will take away delays and uncertainty and guarantee that your system will be up and running within a specified amount of time. It will also include preventative maintenance visits that allow us, most often, to identify and repair faulty components before they can cause a major problem.

You’ve installed your AV system with specific goals in mind. You may need to “wow” potential clients, or you need to conduct mission-critical meetings, communications or training. We will even provide the labor to install any replacement lamps and batteries for your equipment.
